We are currently accepting applications to fill a seasonal position.
We are open April – October. You must be able to work Monday, Thursday and Friday, as well as weekends and holidays; Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend and Labor Day weekend. Hours are from 8am-4pm.
Potential employees must have a valid California driver’s license, an outgoing personality, a positive attitude, strong people skills, and conduct themselves with courtesy and respect.
Work positively with other team members. Maintain professional appearance, adhere to all social distancing protocol, and provide excellent customer service. Ability to work under varying weather conditions is also necessary.
Prefer someone that has paddling experience and is familiar with the Russian River area.
This work involves heavy physical demands. Please be able to lift 50+ pounds.
Duties: Driving truck and trailer to launch site, loading, and unloading canoes and kayaks, launching and receiving guests, cleaning and sanitizing boats and gear, performing light groundskeeping, and some custodial duties.
