The MB Jessee Painting team is hiring professional, skilled, experienced Crew Leaders! MB Jessee Painting, Inc. is looking for Crew Leaders with exceptional field knowledge, good communication skills to work directly with both clients and painters, and excellent attention to detail. What we Offer: • Limited time Singing Bonus • Full time positions • Competitive pay • Steady year-round work • Weekly trainings • Opportunity for advancement • Bonus Systems, Pay for Performance • Kaiser medical benefits • 401K Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years painting experience and 1+ year Foreman experience • Must possess knowledge of products and have clear understanding of job-site safety • Must pass drug test & background check • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing • Must have the ability to document daily activities • Must be able to efficiently manage the painters and tasks associated with completing a job on target with hours Basic Position Functions: • Supervise and participate in all activities related to the accomplishment of each project’s specific needs. • To be a team leader and player. • Ensure each member of your crew has the experience/knowledge/tools necessary to complete their assigned tasks properly and efficiently. • Ability to enforce proper protocols, procedures, etc. • Attend all safety and training seminars. • Maintain safety and performance of every man on his crew • Be an example and enforcer of proper conduct on job sites. • Must always represent MB Jessee Painting Inc.
