We design and build playgrounds for schools, churches and apartments throughout the Bay area. We are looking for applicants that have construction experience, see the following list. +Layout footings, dig footings and set posts in concrete. +Assemble per manufacturers' installation guidelines. +A variety of surfacing needs to be installed under the play structure artificial turf, wood chips, etc. Most important is installing a wet pour rubber which is mixed at the job site and poured at a certain height. +Screed and trowel the product similar to concrete, a compacted base rock must be installed as a sub grade. Valid driver’s license and must meet I-9 requirements, fingerprinting, e-verify documentation. Regular pay is from $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience with opportunity for more. Some projects are prevailing wage at $30 to $50 per hour! Fulltime applicants only! Our office location is in Pinole, Ca. If you have availability please submit resume and contact the number above.
