Clayton Creek Apartments is looking for a Janitor/ Groundskeeper who will provide and maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and personnel. Must be available to work from 8-5 pm Monday through Friday. With an occasional changes in schedule. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintaining the cleanliness of leasing and Managers office, clubroom, office kitchen and bathrooms, laundry rooms and fitness center. Maintaining the cleanliness of the Exterior areas of the community including trash areas, sidewalks, stairwells, exterior lights fixtures 3rd floor hallways, parking lots and driveways, carports, mail box sites, pool, tennis court, play area and building exteriors. Needs to maintain good curb appeal at all times. Assist Maintenance crew with apartment turnovers. Includes light maintenance, including cleaning vacant apartments Duties include but not limited to: ⢠Wiping down ⢠Sweeping ⢠Mopping ⢠Power washing ⢠Vacuuming ⢠Washing ⢠Emptying garbage ⢠Checking and replacing supplies as needed ⢠Brushing ⢠Painting Required Attributes: ⢠Must be honest and reliable ⢠Have the ability to provide service with a positive and cooperative demeanor ⢠Able to take direction and follow instructions ⢠Must be able to adhere to a provided schedule but also have the ability to be flexible as needed ⢠Must be able to work within fair housing guidelines ⢠Must be able to successfully pass background and drug screening ⢠Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form ⢠Must be able to read and comprehend written documentation PLESE ATTACH YOUR RESUME WHEN REPLYING Physical Requirements: ⢠Able to reach and lift objects above head ⢠Lift up to 50 pounds ⢠Must be able to work in various weather conditions. ⢠Able to bend, sit, stoop, stretch, kneel and work in a crouched position ⢠Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift (excluding breaks and lunch). ⢠Able to climb up and down a ladder and stairs on a daily basis for extended periods of time.
