Assistant Manager/Light Maintenance

Description

We are looking for a hardworking, punctual and honest individual with working knowledge of mobilehome park or apartment operations and infrastructure to fill the Assistant Manager Position. Working under the direction of the Park Manager, the Assistant Manager will perform both Light Maintenance and administrative tasks included but not limited to: Common area patrols to check park lighting, fencing, gates, pool, spa, and laundry room. Common Area maintenance tasks and repairs (Light Repairs) Minor Landscaping (Light Duty clean up). Cover managerial duties when manager is away or on vacation. Be available weekends to cover pool or clubhouse reservations when needed. Maintain pool and Spa chemical balance when needed and record findings. Enforce property Rules and regulations (parking enforcement and logging park violations so manager can deal with when needed). This position's schedule is offset from the managers schedule to allow weekend coverage of the property. Training schedule to begin will be - M-F 2pm to 6pm until up to speed.
