9lb blonde spayed chihuahua looking for a loving home. Adopted from Santa Cruz ACC about a month ago. She’s really sweet and energetic, often the fastest little zoomer at the dog park. Very excited about dog friends, and as friendly as they come. Bug was found as a stray, and needs work on her obedience for basic commands. She is also still working on housebreaking and is actively being crate-trained. She’s treat/food motivated (but not aggressive), and more than anything likes to be “paid” in praise. We’re just overwhelmed and think Bug deserves a home with yard and a patient family that can be more attentive to her needs. We were told she was friendly with cats, but she is not so a house without cats is ideal. She’s gentle around kids, and would probably thrive in a home with older children (I have a toddler and her jumping is too much for him) also a dog her size would be a great fit. Small rehoming fee applies to weed out people looking to adopt and sell. Comes with beds, crate, toys, food and so much love and hope.
