No awards will be given out until all heats are completed. No Race Day Registration. Not your average 5k!  Hurry up and find a partner for this strategic team race. Teams of two people will race head to head against other teams in this epic team showdown.  Partners will alternate running 400 meter laps around the track covering a total of 10,000 meters.  Partners must pass the baton every lap, so practice your exchanges!  Complete the 25 laps total to recieve your 10K time. $1,600 combined prize purse for the men's and woman's elite heat!! Awards will be given to the fastest 3 men's, women's and coed teams. Each athlete will receive their twelve 400 meter splits, a finishers shirt, and the freshest race recovery food you've ever earned.   NEW for 2021: 1600 meter run - High school and open heats Awards for all heats will be given at the conclusion of the Elite Heat
