Available studio is located on the second floor of a 2-story communal space. Space is 8’ x 10’ for $350/month. High-speed internet & utilities are included. Can fit a desk or work table, along with shelves and supplies. Likewise Studio is a communal 1,400 square ft. two-story studio space for creatives and/or professionals who need a dedicated space to focus on their work. We are located in mixed use complex in West Oakland, very close to West Grand entrance/exit off 880. We are currently: An architect, a writer, a graphic designer, three illustrators and a textile designer. We are seeking a new creative to be a part of our shared art studio. There is a communal working table in the light filled upstairs and a well-kept shared kitchen available to all tenants. Our studio is completely open on both floors with no physical dividers between spaces. We are community oriented and committed to keeping the space clean and safe during Covid. We all have different schedules, but there is usually at least one person working here 7 days a week all or some part of the day. We welcome all races, all genders, all sexual orientations and all religions. This is a safe space.
