Landscaping Refresh needed

Hi there, I need some TLC shown to my simple landscaping. I need bushes trimmed, some weeds pulled, some rocks and mulch added, and maybe some plants swapped out. Our sprinkler drip line stopped working, so some of our plants may need to be changed to less maintenance-required plants. Here are pictures. Please give me a quick idea of what you’d do and a total cost. Thanks so much!
