Need outlet rewired to half hot

I have a receptacle controlled by a switch that needs to be rewired to half hot. The switch is less than 5 feet away from the receptacle. It is being used to switch on and off the disposal and I'd like one of the two outlets to have constant power for a newly install RO unit. Text me a quote for the work.
