MOVER LEAD/OPERATIONS ASST. M-F P/T $25HR.

In person interviews are Saturday April 9th and 10th. Real Estate Staging and residential moving company needs experienced lead driver and operations assistant. Must have at least a year experience driving moving trucks and being a mover lead. M-F 20-30 hrs/week. Critical Needs: MUST BE AT YARD EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING BEFORE OTHER CREWS!!!! THERE IS NO LATENESS OR CALLING OUT!!!!!!!!!!! -Arrive at yard 30-45 mins before crews to inspect trucks and fill up trucks if needed. -Record times each mover arrives at the yard each day. -Work as lead driver/mover on Mondays especially and any other weekday when needed. -Pickup and return rentals. -Work as a third crew member for larger jobs(2-3 days a week) -Work on crews if a mover calls out. -Periodically inspect stager warehouses to make sure everything is put away correctly. -Pickup and return left over furniture/parts/keys etc. -Work closely with owner on where at what to do everyday. I will make the schedule and your job is to keep the jobs running smoothly. -Must know basic tools and how to change bulbs in trucks etc. Training provided. -Record accurate job times. Must Have: Valid WA state license and running car with updated tabs. No convictions for at least 5 years. Decent driving record Somedays there will be not much to anything to do and I can coordinate if you have another flexible job. Other weeks you might be on the truck everyday. Payday is every Friday. Include a description of prior experience, why you think you'll never be late and why you think you can be a clutch worker. If you have to drive your car to and from jobs you will get your hourly pay as well as gas. Does not include commute to yard everyday. Prefer someone who lives close to the area, with 10 minutes preferably.
