Hi I’m the neighbor next door at apartment 5890 to Apartment 5891 ( AS SEEN ON THE PICTURE ABOVE ) and witnessed a confrontation between a young woman and the African American man in the pic above getting violent and taking advantage of the young woman. I already filled a report and record the incident on camera.
