Painting Interior/Exterior - New Construction

GC looking for an experienced painter for the interior/exterior of 3 homes. Preferably licensed with a small crew. One home is ready the other two are a week apart. All 3 homes are single story 1900sf + 400sf garage. Must be able to cut clean lines! No overspray, no flakes. Compensation: $4,800/house --- $3,800 for the interior and $1,000 for the exterior which is acrylic stucco so only need to paint detail work like eaves, gables, gutters, fascia, popouts, and foundation. Email some info about yourself, your company and painting experience. Photos of prior work a plus. Don't include BS about how great you are at changing tires or growing tomatoes or you will be ignored... I dont care how great you are at other things just looking for a skilled & reliable PAINTER!
