MAINTENANCE MANAGER (RV PARK) Location: Yreka, CA Pay: $17/hr. Our company is seeking a top-notched Maintenance Manager for our RV park in Yreka. This individual will be responsible for the overall maintenance, landscaping, and light construction work for our property. This is a working position, so this individual will need to be a self-starter that enjoys the physical nature of the job. Must have great customer service skills and be a team player. DUTIES INCLUDE • Maintain common areas, restrooms and recreational areas, and keeping them free of trash/debris • Maintain all community landscaping: mowing, weeding, planting, leaf removal, etc. • Cover all facility maintenance, including (but not limited to): light remodeling, painting, carpet, appliance repair, door installation, bathroom fixtures, light interior plumbing • Underground utility work (e.g., sewer or water lines) • Inspect property grounds and maintain property equipment • Purchase orders • Emergency utility repairs QUALIFICATIONS • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • 2+ years maintenance or applicable experience • Valid license and reliable transportation • Customer service and POSITIVE attitude are essential BENEFITS No medical.
