We are looking for the right individual who is looking to grow with our company who can perform general labor and some carpentry work. This is an entry to mid level position, and construction experience is preferred but not necessary. A clean driving record, and experience driving a truck and dump trailer is REQUIRED. We specialize in high-quality residential renovation projects, with the focus on completing project on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Job requirements: - Construction experience is preferred, residential construction (demolition, site cleanup, doors, trim, minor plumbing and electrical, painting, tile) - Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation. This is a requirement. - A clean driving record, and experience driving a truck and dump trailer is REQUIRED. - Applicant would ideally own their own basic hand tools. Specialty tools will be provided on an as-needed basis. - Fluent English is required as you will be interfacing with clients and other tradesmen. - Excellent communication skills. You will be working under our Production Manager who will provide project and task assignments. - Willingness to travel to local jobsites in the Sacramento region and show up on time.
