Custom home builder is hiring a Skilled Laborer for assistance on multiple projects in Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village and Englewood, CO. We are seeking a stable, reliable, conscientious person to be the Construction Manager's support. This person must be organized, prompt and on time, posses a strong work ethic, be resourceful, reliable, someone who takes direction well, and someone who is a proactive problem solver.
The work includes direct Support to all Construction and Project Managers as needed, anticipating, planning for, and resolving problems, maintaining a safe, clean and presentable jobsite, performance of physical duties as required, such as install fence and posts, digging trenches, move and spread rock, receive and unload deliveries, weather protection, etc. Must be proficient with power tools.
The Skilled Labor Assistant will also help to maintain property, trailers, keep work areas at jobsite offices organized, clean, protected, and secure at all times, and work trucks stocked with needed items.
We are a long standing, prestigious builder with high standards for all operations. The selected candidate will need to pass a drug and background check, be legally eligible to work in Colorado, and have a valid, current Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record.
This position is an opportunity for a full benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance along with 401K after waiting period.
Pay is $14 an hour starting and flexible based on experience.
