Rehoming my Newfoundland with Crate

Sadly I have to rehome my boy that I have had since he was a little puppy(3 months old), he is now almost 4 and I am going to be moving out of the country and cannot take him. He has a crate, he is potty trained. He is wonderful with children and very, very gentle. He does chase cats but he has never hurt a cat before. He is great with other dogs and he really would like a yard. I am asking for a 200 dollar rehoming fee(mostly because of the crate and to make sure it is a good home). I really do not want to send him to someone else but I really have no other options.
