BROCKTON, MA — Brockton firefighters responded to a blaze at a local KFC and Taco Bell Wednesday afternoon, said the department in a Twitter post. The second alarm fire broke out at approximately 1 p.m. and sent "heavy smoke throughout the building." The business, located at 875 North Montello Street, has temporarily closed due to damages. No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
