Looking for a Part Time Handyman!
20-30 hours a week.
Must know carpentry, painting, basic household plumbing, basic electric, etc.
Be dependable and reliable; ie: show up on time and do what you say.
Have your own transportation worked out.
This is to help finish a rental home. Other projects could be available for the right person.
Be professional at all times...no drunks or substance abuse people.
Preference will be given to those who actually respond with at least basic info about their experience over a "yes" or a "name and number"
