Only $1 of $8 Federal Dollars(and probably State money too) actually goes to the program for which it was intended/Assigned, the other $7 dollars goes to Pay-Offs, Cost-Over Runs, Contract Delays or just straight up Bribery/Embezzlement. I'll give you 3 examples: the Big Dig in Boston, the YF-35 Fighter Contract and that POS Italian Cargo plane the US Government bought in Afganistan for 550 Million that was a turd and the military scrapped every last one of them but no one has been held accountable for ALL this money pissed away...........we have to get our shit together here in this country, Republican, Democrat, Independent, all of us, yeah I know, Kumbaya.........
