Come join us on a hike through our Longleaf Pines! Harvesting Longleaf pine trees for the Naval Store Industry led to its decline from 90 million acres to 3 million acres and it needs our help!  On this 1.4-mile hike on the Wiregrass loop trail, we'll explore our Longleaf pine forest and participate in a conservation activity to learn why it is important to protect it now and in the future! YOU MUST SIGN-UP by calling the park office or at Eventbrite. Limit is 25 visitors. We will be meeting at the trail head at our Sandhills Access at 995 McCloskey Road.
