It is exactly what it sounds like. Join us outside of SipCo as we kick off the first day and get you warmed up & ready for the festivities of Artfields. Our instructor will guide you through the same practice of breathing and postures, except combined with a local mimosa. A refreshing balance of fun, relaxation, and a hint of coordination. Pre-registration is required. Bring your own mat. Mimosas are not included in the ticket price.
