Join us for an evening with other professionals and families learning, relaxing, and supporting one another on the adventure of parenthood! Each month will include a different perinatal or health professional to learn from! We'll provide light snacks and refreshments. Your ticket will also include 1 adult beverage or feel free to BYOB. November: Colleen Flaherty, CSCS, perinatal movement specialist, will present on Pregnancy Athleticism and bust myths around pregnancy exercise. December: Apply to present! January: Apply to present! Babes in arms welcome. Price will range from $15-$30 depending on activities of each gathering.
