Greetings, I am the owner of what has been a very successful family run lawncare business, Paesanos Pruning and Lawncare. This year marks my 23rd consecutive year of service to the Colorado Springs community. I am in need of a full time employee who is able to begin working right away and will be committal to the job for the entirety of the 2021 season, which typically concludes in November. Day to day work will primary consist of the following: •Mowing: residential properties only via self propelled commercial walking machines •Weed whacking •Mulch and rock work •Pruning •Pine needles, leaves, and general yard cleanup/maintenance Mandatory qualifications for the role are as follows: •Must own a vehicle/have reliable transportation •Must be able to lift over 75Lbs •Must have proven mowing and weed whacking experience, demonstrating good skill in both •Must exhibit high quality customer service skills •Must be prompt, reliable, hard working, committed, responsible, and respectful •Must have schedule flexibility contingent upon weather unpredictability *Candidates that live in relatively close proximity to Cheyenne Mountain High School will be considered more earnestly* If you do not satisfy this criteria in full, please dismiss yourself as a being a candidate for this position.
