Join us for a magical morning of fairy tales and fairy house building. All ages are welcome!
Twalah or Hello! Have you ever wondered what types of fairies call Lake Conestee Nature Preserve home? Yep, that’s right; Fairies, Pookas, and Dryads all call LCNP home. Some of these fairies are only here for a season or two and some spend all of their time here! They are wonderful stewards of our land and we want to thank them for keeping an eye on things when we aren’t here.
We will tell a story or two about some of the fairies that you might find in our park and then you will create tiny homes for the fairies of LCNP to visit. All fairies love nature so we will only be using materials we find in the forest to construct these fairy houses. Our fairy friends will be so excited to see what we build for them!AGES
All ages welcome
