Adult with flexible schedule. Part time maybe more for right person, hours days can vary someone living close to beaver-rochester-freedom-new brighton-beaver falls. dependable with a drivers license perfect for someone retired (must be able to lift, carry etc), laid off (not going back), collecting etc.. not wanting a person who thinks he's a contractor or weekends only type person. Must be able to work alone or with others. clean up, organize, basic handyman stuff around the house, chainsaw, power washer, paint, use power tools cut grass (push and riding mowers and weedwackers), install wood fence, basic construction,, kno or help with basic mechanics on the trucks. a plus if u kno basic car/truck repairs (brakes, shocks, wiring for spot lights, CB stereo etc.), able to drive pick up trucks and 1 ton dump truck, another plus if ur not afraid of heights. if things go well, may use u on grass cutting jobs, also will need another driver for a snowplow truck this winter.
