Need Pictures Of Property!!!!

I'm in need of some photos taken of a specific property I will be purchasing. I live out of town and will need a reliable person to meet the homeowner and get the photos i need. I do alot of investing in the area so i may need someone on a regular basis. I would need at least 25 pictures. I would need the exterior of the house and a few angles of it, driveway/garage/ it sits on a decent size lot so some of the land also. The backyard also and if any foundation issues that you see. The kitchen, countertops, appliances floors walls and windows. Each bedroom, the floor walls windows and ceiling and of the light fixtures. The bathrooms, vanity unit, tub/bath windows and floors. Also any defects or noticeable things that needs repairs or updating. The property has a basement so some pictures of that as well. The water heater/furnace also.
