Job Title: Laborer/Yard Person Job Description: Commercial General Contractor in business for over 40 years seeking hard worker Year-round employment Loading trucks, fixing/maintaining equipment, deliveries, etc. Pay based on construction experience Please send resume or description of previous employment or experience Applicant expectations: Able to arrive early mornings, on-time, hard-working, able to prioritize and self-initiate tasks without supervision, pass drug screening, lift 80 lbs Salary Offered: $18.00 - $28.00+ Hourly (CDL Holder pay is towards the top of the pay scale) Benefits: 401(k), Short-Term/Long-Term Disability, Health Insurance, Vacation, Paid Holiday Weekly pay Physical Required: 80 lbs Must pass drug screening and background check Education Required: High School Diploma/GED Must have valid Minnesota drivers license Required Skills: Other skills that are useful include a construction background, familiar with equipment, some cement finishing, block tender/layer, drywall hanger/taper, and welding.
