Looking to work closer to home and avoid traffic during your commute to work? R&M Manufacturing is looking for janitors for 1st shift to start immediately. The janitors are expected to provide cleaning services and other miscellaneous general duties throughout the office and shop. Position Responsibilities: • Empty trash, separate recycling • Vacuum offices, clean windows, bathrooms, scrub floors • Cardboard compaction • Clean the lunchroom area such as fridge, microwaves, sinks and table tops • Some outside cleanup and grounds maintenance when needed • Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate when inventory is low • Other duties as requested and assigned This position requires the following qualifications: • Must be able to lift, bend and be on feet for duration of shift • Ability to run floor scrubber • Be forklift certified or willing to be trained • Must be conscious of shop safety • Ability to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00am - 2:30pm Benfits: • Medical, Dental and Vision • Health Savings Account • Life Insurance • Short Term Disability • Long Term Disability • Retirement Savings • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Holiday Pay • Uniform Allowance 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday If you or someone you know is looking for a janitor position with a great company, please reply to this posting and attach your resume.
