Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, prepare proposals and invoices. Collect and post payments, reconcile accounts and help customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Customer ServiceCalculate costs of goods and servicesPrepare invoices and process paymentsPrepare vendor paymentsReconcile checking and debit card accountsMaintain checking accountMaintain employee files, including tracking pay increases and time offKeep accurate records in accordance with company standardsPerform other office tasks
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, finance, state and federal reports, and other related fieldsKnowledge of QuickBooks Pro online accounting programKnowledge of standard accounting proceduresAbility to prioritize and multitask
