Description

Press release from the City of Missoula: March 31, 2021 Following the removal of the dam on Rattlesnake Creek last year, the City of Missoula and its public and private partners are ready to discuss the future of the City-owned dams in the Rattlesnake Wilderness Area. To kick off this next step, the City's Public Works & Mobility and Parks & Recreation departments are hosting an informational public forum presentation via webinar on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, from 6 to 7 p.m. Also presenting are representatives from Trout Unlimited, the U.S Forest Service, and Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. We are seeking the public's input on the future plans for these dams.
