Adult Awards honor those who make it possible for Girl Scouting to continue generation after generation. Join us April 24th as we honor YOU at our 2021 Awards Drive Thru Gala. We know what award you are recieveing we just need you to tell us if you will be joining us and to select a time frame that works best for you. Our event is a drive thru expereince complete with brunch, keep sake goodies, a stage to honor you on, a dj for music while you wait as well as our entire staff along the parade route. We will be taking professional photos, a video and even have drone footage we will stitch all togheter then share it on our web site, on our blog and post to FB so that your firends nd family may cheer and honor you. We are so excited . How will this event work? You arrive at The Hacienda, where you check in at the first Ez-Up You will be directed where to go next based on your arrival time. This is a drive thru gala and we ask yo to arrive with a driver - we will feed them too! Your next stop is the brunch Ez-up where you will be handed your keep sake brunch tote, delicious continental breakfast, sparkling cider and water. Along with some other fun keep sake items. Next you head to the loop around where you will stop at the Awardes Ez-up. There you will exit the vehichle, with your mask on, Accept your award, place it around your neck (on a lanyard) and the write up you will hand to the MC. Head down the side walk to the stage. Walk on stage, hand your wrte up to the MC. Listen to the glorious things said about you! Listen for the clapping. Exit the stage. Next head up the stairs to the posed photo area. Here you may remove your mask for a photo op which we will post on a photo site for your free down load. Now head back to your car which has pulled forward to pick you up. Follow the directional staff who will lead you back around to the shop if you are picking up some preordered goodies or just to shop. Then exit the Hacienda as the honored volunteer you are!
