Japanese Translation For Business Project

I'm working on a project that requires some translation on phone calls and research of Japanese web sites. The project is related to the nutraceutical/functional foods industry and I'm working to find and import a specific ingredient from Japan. I need help from someone who is fluent in both Japanese and English and also has some business background and ideally has worked on Japanese-American import/export projects. This is a short-term gig. I'm unclear on how many hours it will require and I expect (not guarantee) that it will be around 8-10 hours. The pay rate is $25/hour.
