Fish and Wildlife Service as an endangered species specialist, out west, in the northeast, and in Washington D.C. Since retirement in 2015, Michael has formed his own conservation consulting company, Integrated Planning and Conservation Associates (IPaCA), and now works to facilitate conservation across the U.S. and around the world.
