Calling all seniors of 2021! Promposal season is here! Get RED CARPET ready and make your way to the Arkansas Senior Prom 2021! Arkansas Prom 2021 : Mas(k)ueradeSecurity Enforced | Formal Attire Required | Face Mask RequiredFAQ:How much does it cost? Tickets for Arkansas Prom 2021 begin at $35 per person. Early purchase is encouraged as the price will increase to $40 per person on April 25. Can we purchase tickets at the door? NO-all tickets must be purchased in advance before May 5, 2021. Who can attend? Any senior high school student and (1) guest of any Central Arkansas High School. All attendees must follow 100% of the rules to attend. Will it be COVID safe? Yes! The venue is massive and we are limiting the capacity by 50% The will be tempature checks at the door and masks are required. We are following all CDC and state guidelines. Do I have to wear a mask? The theme is Mas(k)uerade as a play on words. We only expect you to wear a face mask to prevent the spread of Covid. Are there chaperones? YES! A team of parent and teacher volunteers will be on site to chaperone the festivities. Do I have to have a date for the prom? Absolutely not- feel free to come and hang out solo Will there be dancing? Absolutely! There's not a prom without dancing! Will there be food? Yes! Both food and punch will be available Will there be a DJ? Yes! DJ Nick Hud What do I wear? Formal attire is required. Please review the dress code rules below. Will there be a photographer? Yes! there will be a photographer on-site as well as a selfie station to create memories of the evening. Additional questions should be directed to: Telly Noel Sr. 501.837.9595 | [email protected] Arkansas Prom 2021 RulesMUST BE NO YOUNGER THAN 16 AND NO OLDER THAN 19 YEARS OF AGE TO ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS NO RE-ENTRY: There will be no re-entry to the prom. Once you and/or your guest enter the facility and relinquish your ticket(s) to the event, you and/or your guest are prohibited from leaving and re-entering the facility. The doors to prom will be closed at 10pm. Any student or guests arriving after 10pm will not be granted admittance. IDENTIFICATION: You and your guest must provide one of the following in order to gain admittance to the Prom (School ID, State ID or Drivers Licence). There will be no exceptions whatsoever, even if personnel at the event recognize you and/or your guest. All guests must have a photo ID. DRESS CODE: The following dress code is applicable to all students and guests who wish to enter the Prom. All guests must comply with all requirements. If you have questions concerning your dress, it is your responsibility to seek prior approval. Any questions regarding dress should be resolved before that evening. Any student or guest that fails to meet any of the following conditions will be denied entry to the event: MALE DRESS CODE: Dress pants, dress shirt, tie and jacket are required! All pants must be securely worn around the waist. No “polo” style shirts will be allowed. A tuxedo rental is strongly recommended. FEMALE DRESS CODE: Must wear a dress, pantsuit, or gown that is in good taste. The outfit may not be made of see-through material. Strapless dresses are allowed; however, they must be in good taste. DRESS CODE VIOLATIONS: Students dressed inappropriately will be turned away at the door. Students will not be admitted wearing cargo pants, sneakers, jeans/denim, khakis, Dickies (or other casual pants), t-shirts, torn clothing, chains/spikes, sexually implicit or explicit clothes, shorts, hats and head coverings, bandanas, or items referencing tobacco or alcohol products. END OF PROM PROCEDURES: Students are not allowed to re-enter the dance upon leaving. Once you have left the dance, you CANNOT, under any circumstances re-enter. Students must vacate the premises within 30 minutes of the prom ending. Parents should not rely on supervision outside the time limits of such policy. STUDENT/GUEST REPONSIBILITIES: It is the responsibility of you, the student or guest, to resolve any and all questions concerning any of the terms and conditions listed in this agreement prior to the date of the Prom. If you and/or your guest fail to meet any of the terms or conditions listed in this agreement, you understand that you and/or your guest will be required to leave the event and that no refund of the ticket price will be issued. *No beverage bottles or containers may be brought into the prom. *Random background checks on guests may be done. If a guest has any prior police contact that includes an arrest for assault, DUI, or dangerous behavior, their guest registration may be rejected. In the case of ejection from the dance, transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the student and parents.
