I lost a wallet today at either: *Balto Seppala Park (off wisconsin) * Jewel Lake Park (playground) Reward $100. Blue nylon wallet. Has my Identification (Initials L.R.) I am just getting back on my feet and had just cashed a paycheck. Losing it will be significant financial and emotional harm to me and a child (which I cannot fully describe here). Thank you to the honest people.
