Seeking Real Estate Agent to show properties to my client

I am a real estate agent working in LA and have a client (family) in San Diego. I am seeking a San Diego-based real estate agent to meet my client at listings and show them the properties. You would be responsible for following the showing instructions listed in the MLS. You will not provide my client with transportation or be responsible for paperwork. Their PEAD will be provided to you (you’d have to sign it as well). You must be licensed, have access to the MLS and Sentrilock lockboxes, and be punctual. A "no show" or tardiness will not be tolerated. I am offering a $500 flat fee and then $50 per showing after the first 10 showings, payable upon close of escrow or cancellation of escrow. Terms are negotiable.
