Window/ Door Installer (Junction City) 1635 Juniper st (google map) compensation: Hourly employment type: full-time Discount Windows is the fastest growing window and door supplier in the Northwest. We are looking for talented individuals to join our install team at our Junction City location. Training will be provided. Installation of windows and doors using industry standards Installation of companion products as needed. Installer will have to select proper material and method of installation of various products. Installer will have the knowledge and ability to utilize common hand tools to measure, cut and fit various materials. Other duties include, but are not limited to: load of material for each job into truck and trailer, prep work for complete project, clean up and disposal of removed debris, customer service and interaction with administrative team. Job Requirements- High School education and/or relevant job experience Basic knowledge of building practices Basic sales knowledge Must be able to use all tools in a safe and competent manner Must possess excellent people skills, ability to deal effectively with customers, vendors, and other employees Must be willing to learn new processes and be able to think "outside the box" Must be able to perform all job duties in various weather condition from cold and rain or snow to extreme heat and dusty conditions Must be willing to adhere to and promote the high standards Discount Windows expects from its employees and provide this service to our customers.
