Synergy Air is the premier aircraft builder training facility for Kit Airplanes. We are a group of highly skilled and friendly people committed to helping new builders achieve the best aircraft they can by teaching effective building techniques and strategies to achieve the highest quality, safest kit airplane. We are currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail minded, organized, team player to fill our Warehouse Support position. This position will be responsible for keeping hangar spaces, and associated office building in clean and orderly condition. Maintains buildings, performing minor and routine maintenance activities. Job Duties will include, but not limited to: • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping floors, shelves, and working areas neat. • Cleans, sweeps, mops, scrubs all work areas. Cleans work area using brooms, mops, and detergents. • Empties trash and garbage containers. Gathers items for recycle. • Service, clean, and supply restrooms. • Performs any combination of duties, such as carrying supplies to work area, removing scrap and aluminum, cleaning work area, disposing of oil and paint materials. • Replaces tools and equipment to their proper storage locations. • Loads and unloads trucks, trailers, racks, bins, and crates. • Moves or carries parts, materials, and equipment. To include moving items up and down stairs and between hangars. • Mows lawn, trims shrubbery, and maintains landscaping, using hand tools and power tools. • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. • Makes adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and electrical systems. To include changing the filters. • May be responsible for driving company vehicle (and trailer) to Aurora, OR to pick up aircraft kits/parts. • Works with Safety Team to implement and modify procedures for a safe working environment. Qualifications: At times there will be physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping. Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, bins, racks and crates. Moving or carries parts, materials and equipment up and down stairs and between hangars. Lifting 10lbs frequently and 75lbs plus on occasion. At times there is handling of different types of materials, chemicals, and cleaning materials. Protective wear is available. Demonstrated organizational skills. This is a part-time position, Wed. – Fri. 7am – 4pm, performed in an office and warehouse type setting. Appropriate dress will be required. Must possess a valid DL, insurance and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a Drug Test.
