Volunteer to assist with our COVID-19 Vaccination Pop-Up on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at our East Campus located at: 2760 E. Grand Blvd., Detroit, MI 48211.
Sign-up to serve at one of the following times:
10:00AM - 6:00PM
8:30AM - 12:00PM
11:30AM - 3:00PM
2:30PM - 6:00PM
NOTE:
Face coverings must be worn at all times.
A pre-screening questionnaire must be completed no more than 3 hours prior to your arrival on-site. You may access the questionnaire here.
Your temperature will be recorded upon your arrival.
