Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 04/01/2021   On Thursday April 1, 2021 at around 1:05am officers responded to I-20 EB at Fayetteville Rd SE on a report of a person struck by a vehicle. On scene officers found the pedestrian, an adult male, had been struck by a vehicle on the interstate. The investigation revealed that the pedestrian was walking on the highway when struck. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The investigation is still ongoing, but charges are not anticipated in this incident.
