Service Link is currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated and energetic Day Porter for various locations in the East Valley. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Must have a valid driver license and your own Reliable Vehicle for transportation to and from the daily worksites. -Must be able to work independently and be an effective problem solver. -Perform interior and exterior maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on provided checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris is removed from all areas of the facility. -Empty and clean all trash urns and waste receptacles. -Dust all exterior window sills, ledges, directory signs and mailboxes. -Clean dumpster areas and keep free of debris and excess waste. -Pick up trash & debris along all walks, parking areas and parking islands. -Check conditions of safety items. -Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager in a timely manner. -Maintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain in uniform before and during scheduled shifts. Requirements: -Porter experience a plus. -Valid Arizona state Driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record. -Must have RELIABLE transportation. -Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, including daily work orders in the English language. -Ability to work independently and as a team. -Ability to lift over 50lbs. -Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance
