Spherion Staffing is recruiting for Production Associates for a Food Manufacturing facility based in Indio. You will be trained in all areas of the business. Most important skills are the desire to work hard, to learn the production routine, to be reliable and a true team player. You also have to be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. This job does require that you are physically capable of standing, reaching, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds throughout an eight hour shift. Shift is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday as needed. There is also a potential for overtime.
