Low rent or better. Our band is of the rock n roll variety. Generally not the quietest genre by nature, so there's that to consider. We would need access to the space on different days of the week. We are looking for a place in the Cleveland area, but we prefer either West CLE or Independence/Parma area. We are a hard working band, so you can expect us to take rent seriously if there is any, but our budget IS low. We are also very personable and understandable people.
