Local Austin Pool Company is looking for a swimming pool maintenance technician to join our team! This individual is a hardworking, honest, and positive individual who can take direction as part of a team while also able to carry out independent responsibilities. A perfect fit for those interested in working independently and ready to accept some freedom and responsibility! A key attribute in becoming a successful Pool Tech is the ability to problem solve! An eye for detail and the ability to carry out job responsibilities in a neat and organized manner is crucial. Applicant does not need experience, but is preferred. Pay will be based on experience! Job duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning and vacuuming commercial swimming pools, testing pool water, and balancing water chemistry, communicating with maintenance team while troubleshooting issues, minor equipment repair, and other pool duties. This position will start out as part time and will advance into a full time position! Our pool route covers pool accounts in Austin (North & South), Round Rock, Cedar Park, Hutto and Pflugerville regions. Applicant will start out as a ride along with our current Pool Techs to learn the job. Company truck will be provided after 1 month. Must have driver’s license and be 18 years or older.
