Audio video and smart home company is hiring a lead Low Voltage Technician for work in Los Angeles DUTIES: -Wire, install, repair home automation systems, AV, cameras, alarm, and networking -Complete jobs within timeline requirements with precision and quality -Cover driving area of West LA to Palas Verdes MUST HAVES: -Experience with installing AV equipment -Remote Control Programming knowledge (Crestron, URC, RTI, Savant) -Networks & Communication knowledge (LAN, WiFi, RS232, IR, RF, IP) -Lighting systems familiarity (Lutron/Crestron/Vantage) and electrical 110V knowledge -Pre-wiring retrofit & new construction experience -Trim/Finish Installation: Cat6, RG6, jacks, face plates and labeling experience -Camera System installation knowledge -Audio / Video equipment setup and calibration knowledge -Alarm systems installation knowledge -Intercom and Telephone systems setup & programming knowledge -Rack building and wire management experience -Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $25 to $32 p/h -Typical work week from 8 am - 5 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered. -Overtime available References & background checks will be required
