A large property management group is looking for maintenance technicians in the Wilmington area. **DUTIES:** - Maintain multiple apartment buildings - Turning apartment units for new tenants - Assisting with work orders - Painting, drywall repair, fixing/installing light fixtures, installing brand new appliances -Janitorial duties and general building upkeep **MUST HAVES:** - MUST be fluent in Spanish - 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance tech - Experience with light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry - Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines - Detailed-oriented and organized - Reliable, show up on time every day **JOB DETAILS:** - $20 p/h - Typical work week Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5:00pm - This a long term position References & background checks will be required.
