Join a fast growing company in Van Nuys in the San Fernando Valley of LA. 9AM-5PM (Monday to Friday)(Full Time – 40 hours per week) Job Description: We are very fast growing door company that sells iron and bifold doors. We need someone to manage our shipping, project management, and receiving. We need someone that can manage multiple projects and prioritize which orders need to be shipped out first then make sure they get shipped out in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Manage and full-fill shipments for all orders -Lead warehouse team to make sure they are working on the right doors and shipping them out. -Manage and organize inventory and shipment orders -Monitor, organize, and plan 3 months of orders and how to ship them out. -Execute miscellaneous projects: pick up orders, local deliveries, moving doors around, customer service, etc. -Help where needed -Should be able to help lift heavy doors of 60+ lbs. (We have workers to do this, but it helps just in case) You need to routinely, crouch or bend at the knees often, stoop or bend at the waist often, reach at arm's length or overhead occasionally, twist and turn at the neck/trunk; able to stand and do physical work for extended periods of time -Able to help create systems and use critical thinking to be more organized and ship faster -Must be able to work in a fast paced environment -Quality Control -Safety oriented Knowledge and Skills: 1.Should have proficiency with computers 2.Should have great project management skills and time management 3.Self organized 4.Able to communicate and guide a team 5.Attention to detail 6.Self-motivated by also able to work under direction of our office team 7.Reliable Great opportunity to have a top position at a fast growing company.
