Seeking maintenance worker to oversee/float between apartment buildings in Hollywood Skills: -Turning apartments, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and interior paint -Repair and replace parts, corrective maintenance and ground maintenance -Diagnose and solve maintenance problems -Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and follow up -Responsible for the physical upkeep of the property and all janitorial duties -Perform day-to-day janitorial cleaning of the interior and exterior of the apartment community -Address resident maintenance requests. -Plan preventative maintenance work. -Control the work order process, parts ordering, and inventory storage. -Ensure compliance for property inspections Requirements: -Must be able to perform all facets of apartment make-ready. -The ability to manage multiple projects. and float between two buildings. -Valid CA drivers license and auto insurance -English speaking is required -Previous experience is a plus -Truck is a plus -Must own basic tools Please email resume
