Fast growing multiple location long distance moving company is looking for foremans/drivers/helpers to join our team. Our Southern California Location is based in City of Commerce, CA 90040 (Los Angeles). Requirements for helpers are: work authorization, being able to lift objects up to 60lbs, knowledge of how to wrap furniture in a proper way and load/offload it to/from trucks without damages, ability to take apart some large pieces of furniture, such as tables, beds etc. and put it back together. Hour based compensation plus extra service bonuses (up to 1600$/week). Requirements for Drivers: work authorization, valid driver license, medical physical card, being able to lift objects up to 60lbs, knowledges of how to wrap furniture correctly and transport it avoiding damages, ability to take apart some large pieces of furniture, such as tables, beds etc. and put it back together. Hourly/daily based compensation plus extra service bonuses. (Up to 2000$/week) Requirements for foreman-drivers: work authorization, being able to work with paperwork, running the inventory lists, good communication skills. Motivation to satisfy customers with a good level of service. ability to organize pick up crew, prepare packing materials and truck for pickup. Compensation is based on commission %.
